Does someone need to be present when your cleaners arrive?
No. We’re flexible with scheduling, and if you prefer for our cleaners to get to work after hours, there’s no need for one of your staff members to be present. We will need a way to enter and secure the building when we leave, however.
All our staff members are fully background checked, undergo extensive training, and wear clearly marked uniforms with identification badges. When you choose us, you can trust your sensitive information and valuable equipment is safe, whether you leave someone on-site while they clean or not.
If you will have security staff or opt for day services, our team will work quickly and quietly to create as little disruption to your office as possible. We adhere to the highest level of professionalism.
How many people will be cleaning the office?
How many cleaners we’ll send over will depend on how large your office is and the services you need. Typically, we aim for teams of two or three.
We strive to keep our prices affordable and provide economical services. If we can complete a job within a decent amount of time with two employees, we will keep it at that. If the office is too large to finish quickly, we will add the appropriate amount of staff to avoid compromising quality.
Once a cleaner is assigned to your office, we also try to keep the same person cleaning it every time. That way, they can get to know your space, what needs to be cleaned, and how often. It’s just one more way we keep our services efficient.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, and we can provide proof of insurance upon request. We have liability insurance and workplace safety insurance through the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board. We've been in the business for a long time and have yet to damage a client's property or have any of our staff injured while cleaning, but should that ever happen, you wouldn't be responsible for any associated costs.
